The Elliot Lake Airport is a proud member of the Community Airports Group Co-Op. (CAGC) This organization focuses
on the unique needs, regulations, and marketing strategies applicable to small airports.
The Passport system was an inspiration of Dale Arndt, airport manager of St Thomas. Members airports enrolled
in the passport system offer a prize to be drawn at the Aviation Expo in Oshawa each June. To be elegible to win, pilots
must have a passport book, and after visiting each airport included, have the visit stamped. Those pilots who visit all passport
airports in that calendar year are included in the prize draw.
